Artem Dzyuba dismisses Galatasaray rumours

Russian striker Dzyuba has rejected the claims of him agreeing to move to Galatasaray.

Zenit St Petersburg striker Artem Dzyuba has categorically dismissed reports linking him with a move to Super Lig champions Galatasaray.

The news comes on the back of reports from Turkey yesterday suggesting that the Russian international had agreed to move to Galatasaray on a season-long loan.

“I’m very happy to be playing for Zenit. I will definitely not go to Turkey. Once again, I’m staying with Zenit,” the player was quoted as saying.

Zenit’s manager, Sergey Sema, also chimed in and suggest the reports were fabrication.

“Dzyuba is going to Turkey? The press write such nonsense that it makes me nauseous. I won’t say anything further,” he explained.
