Fenerbahce dismiss Cristian Ramirez rumours

The Yellow Canaries have released a statement addressing the transfer links with Krasnodar’s Crisitan Ramirez.

Fenerbahce are not interested in Ecuador international Cristian Ramirez, according to the statement on their website.

There were reports earlier this month claiming the Super Lig club have made Ramirez a transfer target.

The club’s statement reads as follows;

“The news about Cristian Ramirez transfer to our club are not true. We have never made plans or opened talks to sign the player.”

The 24-year-old left-back is currently playing for Russian outfit Krasnodar.
