Trabzonspor sign Crawley Town youngster

Trabzonspor sign Ali Uygar Avci from Crawley Town

The Black Sea Storm have picked up a promising youngster from England.

Trabzonspor have snapped up Ali Uygar Avci from English club Crawley Town FC for an undisclosed fee.

The 19-year-old has moved from the English club’s Under 23 side to Trabzonspor’s Under 21 side where he will hone his skills with the hope of breaking into the Super Lig outfit’s first team in the near future.

Crawley Town are currently playing in England’s League Two, the 4th tier of English football. They were taken over by Turkish businessman Ziya Eren in 2016, who hopes to see the club move up the leagues and play in the English top flight one day.
