Arber Zeneli wants to play for Fenerbahce

Kosovo international Arber Zeneli has spoken of his admiration for the Turkish club in a Dutch media outlet.

Eredivisue outfit SC Heerenveen’s winger Arber Zeneli has been linked with a move to Fenerbahce and the young winger has publicly acknowledged that he is open to a move.

The Sweden-born player is currently plying his trade for the Dutch club, who are coached by former Galatasaray manager Jan Olde Riekerink, and has caught the eye of clubs in Turkey with his performances this season, scoring 3 goals and making 8 assists.

When asked about the possibility of moving to Fenerbahce, he responded positively.

“I’ve also heard about the reports. To be linked with Fenerbahce is a great honour and this motivates me even more. Fenerbahce is a very important club. The people also know what I want. I want to wear the uniform of such a big club,” he explained.

The 23-year-old started his professional career with Swedish club IF Elfsborg before transferring to Heerenveen in 2016.
