Trabzonspor want to sign Ekuban permanently

Trabzonspor Caleb Ekuban. Wanted on permanent deal

The Black Sea Storm want to sign Caleb Ekuban on a permanent transfer.

Caleb Ekuban has done enough to convince Trabzonspor to make his transfer permanent. The club’s president Ahmet Agaoglu has contacted his parent club, Leeds United, to begin transfer negotiations, according to sources.

Leeds are reported to be asking for €900,000 to release the player. Agaoglu is planning to use Ekuban’s desire to remain in Turkey as leverage during the negotiations.

He joined the Turkish club on a season-long loan at the beginning of the season and has made a significant impact with his consistent performances.

The Ghana player is currently being paid €345,000 per season but will get a pay raise to €750,000 if he signs for the club permanently.
