Fenerbahce linked with Houston Dynamo winger Elis

The Yellow Canaries have been linked with Honduras star Alberth Elis.

Honduras international Alberth Elis is on Fenerbahce’s radar. According to reports, the Super Lig club have enquired about the availability of the speedy winger, who currently plays for MLS club Houston Dynamo.

The Dynamo forward was on a TV program just days ago where he revealed he received an offer from a club in Europe but stopped short on mentioning it by name.

“I still have a two-year deal with Houston but there is a club who wants me in Europe and they’ve made an offer. Dynamo knows my dream is to play in Europe,” he said, before adding that the club is a Champions League side but is not in the competition this year.

The 22-year-old’s moves on social media have been closely followed by the watchful eye of fans as they anticipate the next transfer. Recently, the player has began to follow Fenerbahce on his Instagram account as well as one of Fenerbahce’s midfielders, Diego Reyes, causing fans to believe he could be on his way to the Turkish club.

Elis, who has an eye for goal, has scored 21 times in 56 games during his time in the MLS.
