Yunus Akgun leaves agent after Anderlecht mishap

The promising Turkish winger has parted ways with his agent after his failed transfer to Anderlecht last month.

Galatasaray winger Yunus Akgun has found new representation after firing his agent Mike Stevic.

The 18-year-old was on the verge of completing a transfer to Belgian giants Anderlecht during the January transfer window after Galatasaray accepted their €3.5 million bid for the promising talent.

However, Anderlecht pulled out of the deal after the player’s agent made a request for €1 million in compensation in order to facilitate the transfer.

Akgun has now hired Hasan Anil Eken as his agent hoping for better representation in the future.
