Turkish coach Arslan takes over Bosnian club Celik Zenica

Turkish coach Cihat Arslan has been hired as Celik Zenica’s manager until the end of the season.

After recently being sacked by Akhisarspor, Cihat Arslan has decided to try his luck coaching abroad. The 49-year-old Turkish coach has been announced as the head coach of Bosnian Premijer Liga club Celik Zenica.

According to the club’s announcement, Arslan has been appointed until the end of the current season and will not receive wages.

He is replacing Adnan Ornek, who was let go by the Bosnian club recently.

Founded in 1945, Celik are currently in 8th place in the Bosnian Premijer Liga, which is contested by 12 clubs in total.
