Turkish-Dutch youngster Naci Unuvar inks pro contract with Ajax

The promising midfielder has signed his first professional contract with the Dutch giants.

Known for their outstanding academy and youth player development, Ajax Football Club have found another gem in budding midfielder Naci Unuvar.

The 15-year-old attacking midfielder, who can also play on the wings, has signed his very first professional contract with the Eredivisie champions.

Unuvar, who has steadily risen through the ranks of their youth academy since 2011, has made headlines multiple times this past season with his technical ability and prowess on the field.

His new deal ties him to the club until 2022, with a lot of expectations from the club’s technical staff.

Born in The Netherlands to Turkish parents, Unuvar has represented his country of birth at the Under 17 level although he is also eligible for the Turkish national side.
