Italian clubs interested in Besiktas midfielder Tokoz

The 23-year-old has multiple suitors from the Serie A.

Besiktas midfielder Dorukhan Tokoz continues to be linked with clubs from Italy.

The latest Italian club to show interest in the 23-year-old is Serie A outfit Torino, who have now joined the race for the player’s signature and are facing competition from Genoa and Udinese who are also interested in the Turkish footballer.

According to Besiktas club officials, Torino have made contact regarding the player’s availability although no formal offer has been made yet.

So far, Udinese have made the highest bid for Tokoz, offering €8 million for the player of which €2 million are performance-related bonuses.

The Super Lig club are reported to have demanded a minimum transfer fee of €10 million from Udinese plus 30% of the player’s future transfer.

The clubs are still negotiating and if Besiktas receive a bid closer to their asking price from Udinese or should Torino offer their asking price, the transfer of Tokoz will take place.
