Brazilian legend Ronaldo praises Turkish striker

Former Brazil striker Ronaldo has praised young Turkish striker Enes Unal for his abilities.

La Liga outfit Real Valladolid President Ronaldo Luis Nazario de Lima, more commonly known as Ronaldo, has praised the club’s young Turkish forward Enes Unal after being impressed with his abilities on the pitch.

The 43-year-old former striker, who owns 72.7% of the Spanish football club Real Valladolid, attended a training session during which he encouraged Unal to “keep scoring.”

“Enes is good, very good,” Ronaldo said when referring to the Turkish youngster, adding that the expects more goals from him.

Ronaldo encourages Enes Unal to “score more goals.”

Unal, who is on loan with the La Liga club from parent club Villareal, had positive words of his own for the club’s majority owner.

“He is a very friendly, very good person and a very good president. Ronaldo is always with the club. He tries to come to all of the games,” the 22-year-old striker said.

“He is always in contact with us. It is an incredible opportunity for a football player to be around him,” he explained.

Since leaving his boyhood club Bursaspor in 2015, Unal has played for eight different clubs in his career so far including Manchester City, FC Twente, Villareal, Levante and Real Valladolid.
