The president has plans to visit South American countries Brazil, Argentina, Chile and Bolivia to scout a host of players the club have been tracking.

It has been revealed that there is an option to buy Talisca, who is currently on loan at the club, for €20 million from Benfica however the president does not wish to pay such a high figure for one player.

President Orman’s plans are to buy promising players for a low price and exporting them to a wealthier clubs. For this reason, the club have established close relations with Brazilian clubs two years ago in hopes that they can discover new talent.

The current average age of Besiktas is 29.3 years. It is believed the president wants to bring the number down to 25.
