Basaksehir's Mossoro spoke after their 4-1 loss

Basaksehir’s Brazilian player Mossoro expressed his sadness after his team lost 4-1 to Alanyaspor in Friday’s fixture.

Basaksehir suffered an embarrassing defeat against Alanyaspor, losing 4-1 away in Friday’s Turkish Super Lig match.

The club’s Brazilian midfielder Mossoro asked for forgiveness from fans and had the following to say after the match;

“I would like to apologize to the supporters. Our defeat is an embarrassing, shameful defeat. There is no excuse for this loss. We need to forget this loss. We apologize to the supporters, to everyone. We have 9 more finals and to win them, we will do everything possible. We have not thrown in towel.”, said the 34-year-old.

With this loss, Basaksehir have taken set-back in the title race and are currently in 2nd place with 50 points.
