Cardiff City consider move for Besiktas midfielder

Welsh club Cardiff City are interested in Besiktas midfielder Tolgay Arslan, according to reports.

Tolgay Arslan of Besiktas is wanted by Cardiff City, reports from Turkey claim.

The English Premier League side are keen on the midfielder and are considering making a transfer offer.

The Black Eagles are said to value the player at around €10 million.

Cardiff City could be making a move in the coming days with an offer in the region of €7-€8 million. The player has featured sporadically for Besiktas and regular playing time, which he would get at Cardiff, could sway the player to move.

Tolgay has plenty of top-flight experience including Champions League appearances and would be highly regarded should he join the Premier League side.
