Vfb Stuttgart up their offer for Besiktas midfielder Tolgay

The German club are determined to buy Tolgay Arslan and aim to complete the transfer this week.

Bundesliga outfit Vfb Stuttgart have increased their transfer bid to €6.5 million in order to get their target, Besiktas midfielder Tolgay Arslan.

Tolgay, born in Paderborn, Germany, is reported to be open to the offer as he seeks more regular playing time.

The Black Eagles administration is yet to respond to the German side however insiders from the club think a deal could be made for that amount.

The 27-year-old, who joined the Istanbul club from Hamburger SV in January 2015 for €450,000, made a total of 37 appearances for the club last season.
