Alvaro Negredo linked with move to MLS club

Besiktas have found a buyer for their unwanted striker; MLS club Sporting Kansas City.

Alvaro Negredo could be on his way out of the club sooner rather than later, according to sources close to the Turkish Super Lig giants. Sporting Kansas City have made an undisclosed offer for the player’s signature, which the club has accepted.

The Black Eagles are desperate to get rid of the Spanish striker as they look to sign a younger and more effective striker who wouldn’t command as much in wages.

Earlier last week, the Istanbul club accepted an offer from Saudi Arabian side Al Ittihad however the player was reluctant to move to the Middle East.

The club’s manager Senol Gunes told reporters during a press conference earlier during the day that the player is not in his plans for next season and will not be taking him to their pre-season training camp in Slovakia.

It seems like the Spanish striker’s fate has been decided and all that’s left is for him to pack his bags.
