Chinese clubs line up to buy Ricardo Quaresma

The Black Eagles have received multiple offers from clubs in the Far East.

Besiktas star Ricardo Quaresma could be on his way out of the club this summer after four clubs from the Chinese Super League (CSL) have made offers for the player. Chinese clubs have been interested in the player for quite some time now, stretching all the way back to last season.

The highest bid so far has been €8 million upfront from an unnamed CSL club who is willing to offer the player a two-year contract with an annual salary of €6 million.

However, the Super Lig giants are reported to be looking to get around €11-12 million for the Portugal international.

The 34-year-old, who will be 35 in September, is getting on with age and the Turkish club are looking at cashing in on some of their older players in order to raise funds for younger players.

A deal could be struck for the winger in the coming days, according to sources close to the club.

At the end of the last season, Besiktas sold Serbian defender Dusko Tosic to Chinese Super League club Guangzhou R&F for €4.5 million.
