Malatyaspor president meets with FC Lugano counterpart

The Super Lig club’s president Adil Gevrek welcomed his counterpart in Istanbul.

FC Lugano president Angelo Renzetti paid a visit to Adil Gevrek, president of Malatyaspor, in Istanbul over the weekend.

The head of the Swiss Super League club was invited by Gevrek to discuss matters which were not revealed to the public.

The Turkish club’s president made a brief statement on social media regarding the meeting.

“I have held friendly and helpful consultations with president Angelo Renzetti of FC Lugano from the Swiss Super League. I would like to thank Renzetti for his visit, with whom I exchanged team jerseys as a sign of mutual respect.”
