Real Sociedad make €13m offer for Trabzonspor’s Yazici

The Spanish club have made an official offer for Yusuf Yazici.

Trabzonspor have received a €13 million transfer bid from Real Sociedad for their promising midfielder Yusuf Yazici, according to the club’s vice president Hayrettin Hacisalihoglu.

The La Liga club are reported to have serious interest in signing the Turkish international.

Hacisalihoglu, however, says the club will not accept any offers less than €15 million.

“Even if they give us this figure, it doesn’t mean we will sell. If that kind of offer is made, we will meet with the management and consider it. We’d also consider bringing in someone to replace him, if he were to leave,” he said.

He referred to their other midfielder, Abdulkadir Omur, who was subject to a massive Benfica offer last month.

“We went through the same thing with Abdulkadir and Benfica. Benfica had made an offer including some of their players but that was not what we wanted. These types of transfer figures and offers are not something Turkish clubs are used to. These players are the hope of the national team and the figures are certainly encouraging.”
