Galatasaray trying to loan Radamel Falcao

The Lions have made contact with the French club for their star striker.

Galatasaray are looking for a new striker after parting ways with Bafetimbi Gomis. The latest name to be linked with the Super Lig club is Monaco striker Radamel Falcao.

According to football agent Fatih Ilek, who is Trabzonspor’s Hugo Rodallega’s representative and has worked with Falcao’s representatives in the past, the Super Lig club are interested in the Colombian international.

“They are trying to convince Falcao to move on a loan, but the clubs need to make a deal first. Galatasaray has made contact with Monaco’s officials,” he said.

The 32-year-old star is said to prefer to play for a club participating in the Champions League, which would make Galatasaray a suitable destination.
