Le Havre sign Bursaspor left-back Umut Meras for €1.3m

The Ligue 2 club have transferred Umut Meras from the Turkish outfit.

Le Havre football club have completed the signing of Turkish left-back Umut Meras from Bursaspor.

After 15 days of negotiations between Bursaspor President Mesut Mestan and sporting director Selcuk Erdogan with Le Havre President Vincent Volpe and the club’s sporting director Pierre Wantiez, the two sides have agreed on a transfer fee of €1.3 million.

Bursaspor will also receive 15% of his next transfer away from Le Havre.

The 23-year-old has put pen to paper on a four-year contract with his new club.
