Arab Messi linked with Besiktas

Besiktas looking at signing Omar Abdulrahman also known as the Arab Messi.

Turkish Super Lig champions Besiktas are rumoured to be considering signing the Omar “Arab Messi” Abdulrahman.

Omar, who’s contract with current club Al-Ain runs out on February 28th, 2018, is considered to be one of the finest football players of his generation in the Gulf. He has been compared to Lionel Messi throughout his career and is highly regarded in his homeland.

The Eagles have been reportedly looking at signing the UAE attacking midfielder, who is considered a typical “number 10” player, something Senol Gunes has been looking for.

A contract offer of €3 million per year is planned to be offered to entice the player to make the move to Istanbul.

Abdulrahman has made 117 appearances for Al-Ain scoring 27 goals and providing 52 assists.
