Bursaspor defender Titi in talks with Goztepe

The Green Crocodiles are set to lose their Brazilian defender Titi to their rivals.

Brazilian defender Titi, whose real name is Cristian Chagas Tarouco, has agreed to join Bursaspor’s rivals Goztepe. The two clubs are locked in talks negotiating a transfer fee for the player, who has one year left on his contract.

The 30-year-old has expressed his desire to leave Bursaspor and has not been included in their pre-season training camp.

The centre-back joined Bursaspor from Kasimpasa last summer on a free transfer after two impressive season with the Istanbul club.

The player, currently valued at around €1.5 million, made 31 league appearances and 5 Turkish Cup appearances last season for the Crocodiles.
