Galatasaray end talks to sign Anthony Modeste

The Lions have ended negotiations for French striker Modeste and have turned their attention elsewhere.

Galatasaray are looking to sign a new striker after shipping off Bafetimbi Gomis to Saudi Arabia for €6 million last week. The Istanbul giants were in talks with Chinese Super League side TJ Quanjian for their French hitman Anthony Modeste.

However, after days of unsuccessful negotiations, Cim Bom’s management have ended the talks due to disagreements between both sides regarding the finances involved in the transfer.

The Super Lig champions are hoping to bring in an experienced forward before the transfer window closes on August 31st.
