Ryan Babel considering Besiktas exit

The Dutch winger could leave once his deal expires at the end of the season.

Besiktas winger Ryan Babel’s agent is in talks with the club’s management to sort out the player’s future, according to the Dutch international.

The 31-year-old, who will turn 32 next month, said he is unsure of his next move but has ruled out moving to Brazilian club Flamengo, with whom he was linked during the summer and has denied reports linking him with Fiorentina.

“At the moment, Flamengo is not an option for me. I don’t know anything about the Fiorentina reports. I can’t say anything for certain about my future. One thing I can say, however, is that my agent is in talks with Besiktas. I’m waiting to see what will happen,” he explained.

The former Ajax player has started the season well, scoring 6 goals and making 1 assist in 17 games.
