The second division outfit have parted ways with coach Yilmaz Vural after the team’s 3-2 win on Saturday.

Adana Demirspor have sacked coach Yilmaz Vural, the club confirmed on Saturday evening on their official website.

The ambitious club picked up a vital three points as they won 3-2 against Gazisehir Gaziantep FK in their quest to achieve promotion to the Super Lig.

The Turkish coach, who was in his second stint with the club, leaves with a record of 3 wins, 3 draws and 4 losses.

Adana Demirspor tried to recruit Dutch midfielder Wesley Sneijder in January but were ultimately unsuccessful due to the player’s sponsor obligations in Qatar.
