The Serbian midfielder will remain a Black Eagles player.

Besiktas president has kept his promise to the club’s supporters after the Istanbul club announced the transfer of Adem Ljajic to Besiktas on a permanent deal.

According to the information published by the club on the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), the Turkish side will pay Ljajic’s former club, Serie A outfit Torino, €6.5 million in order to make his switch permanent. Meanwhile, Adem Ljajic will ink a three-year contract with The Black Eagles.

The sum will be paid in installments from September 15, 2019 until August 14, 2021.

The 26-year-old joined Besiktas on a season-long loan last summer from Torino and impressed the club’s staff with his consistent performances. He managed to score 9 goals in 27 appearances for Besiktas.
