Badu of bursaspor injured for long time

Bursaspor’s Badu is out for at least 4 weeks with a muscle tear.

Emmanuel Agyemang-Badu, or simply Badu as he is more commonly known, is expected to be out for at least 4 weeks, according to the club’s medical staff. The Ghana international suffered a second-degree muscle tear on the lateral side of his knee during a training session.

The Crocodiles are preparing for their match against Galatasaray next week and are already missing a few other important players. Moussa Sow, who had been recovering in Dubai for the past three weeks, has began training and is expected to take part in their next match however he is not 100% fit. Congolese Jires Kembo is also injured and whether he will be ready in time is not certain.

Badu, who is on loan from Udinese, signed for Bursaspor this summer but has had an unfortunate time in Bursa. The 27-year-old midfielder has made 16 appearances for his new club and scores just once.
